If you are a part of the "sandwich generation," helping guide elder parents as they transition into new living situations, we can help. If your Loved One has passed away and the challenge of dealing with their items seems overwhelming, we can help. Together, we organize and sort through items  and empower you to make decisions through this transition. Office Organizing

A distracting and messy work environment can cause inefficiency, gaps, and missed opportunities. Whether working in the office or from home, maintaining community spaces or closets, running your business effectively requires organized and functional systems. Seasonal Decor Decorating

Time flies by and before you know it, it's time to get those big boxes and bins out and start decorating. Let R and R Organizing handle the decorating and staging for a stress free and peaceful Holiday season (at least the decorating part!). We can use your own decorations, or if you’re seeking a fresh look, we can suggest and shop for new items. And if the thought of taking everything back down doesn't sound like a way to start a new year, we can tackle that item off your to-do list too.

Common Questions

  • What areas do you serve?

    Travel is included up to 25 miles from 76247. If you are further away there will be an additional fee based on mileage.

  • What are your payment options and deposit policy?

    Deposit Policy: $200 booking deposit is due at contract execution (non refundable) to schedule and reserve your service. 100% of the booking deposit is  applied to your service.


    Payment Policy: Remainder of payment is due in full at the end of each session. USD currency only. 


    Payment Options: We accept most major credit cards.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Cancellation Process: Client has the responsilibty to cancel a session if necessary. There is no cancellation fee if a session is cancelled within 48 or more hours before the scheduled session.


    If Session is Cancelled Less than 48 hours: A $200 charge will be billed to the existing invoice. 


    Inclement Weather: It's Texas, weather happens. If conditions are unsafe we will connect to reschedule and find a solution that fits both schedules and timelines. 


    Right to Waive: R and R Organizing LLC has  the right to waive any cancellation fees.

  • Do I need to throw everything away?

    Nope, this is a judgement free zone! It is highly recommend to identify, simplify and reduce your items to create the space you desire. Together we will edit and sort your items, then R and R Organizing creates the space you desire based on your unique needs. 

  • Safety

    Firearms and Weapons: Please remove any firearms or weapons from the space we are organizing, safety first!


    Pets & Vendors: While I love cats, dogs and other fur babies...if they are aggressive or tend to be nosy, I recommend having them put up during our session.  When you book your session please make sure the day is free from distractions such as other vendors, we want to keep the focus on you!


    Private, “personal” items: Let’s just say: I've seen it all but if you have something that might be embarassing, please find it a new home for our session.

  • Can I use my own bins?

    Yes! R and R Organizing can work with the items you have on site. If you desire a certain aesthetic, we can suggest storage and product solutions based on the project and budget. Prior to booking we send a proposal with suggested items for approval. 

  • What happens to the items I don’t want to keep?

    If you have large items such as furniture, we can recommend local services who accept donations. For all other unsoiled items, we can take 1 carload of items. Unexpired, unopened food items will be donated to the North Texas Food Bank.

  • Are labels included?

    Who doesn’t love everything labeled? Basic labels are included on most projects. If a container or solution requires a unique or large label, prices would be included in the proposal. 

  • How long do projects typically take?

    Many variables determine how long a project can take. How large the space is, quantity of items to declutter, sort, organize and label. Typically a small closet or pantry can take 4-6 hours and larger spaces such as garages can take 8-12 hours. For some projects we recommend third party installations (looking at you custom closet!), which can extend the project time.

  • Tips for effective sessions

    In-Person Sessions: Get involved! You know you the best. Know how you use and want to use and visualize the space. Together we build a functional organizing system that will

    work for you and your space.

     

    Interruptions: Keep the focus! Limit distractions, phone usuage, family or kiddo interruptions. I want to be the most respectuful of your budget and time. 


    Get Ready: Organizing, editing, moving is mental and physical work. Make sure you are hydrated, snacks on hand ready to go. Once we get going...it's a lot of fun and energizing to see your space transform!
